Fina Robertson, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LABA, is a Clinical Supervisor and school-based behavior analyst with Gardner Public Schools. With over 10 years of experience in public schools, she collaborates with students, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based practices and improve outcomes across tiers of support. Within her role, Dr. Robertson supports district-wide ABA programming, including program evaluation, high-risk case consultation, and the implementation of ethical, high-quality services. Her work emphasizes fidelity to evidence-based interventions and the integration of ACT, RFT, and high-leverage classroom practices in educational settings with publications for PBIS and in the Journal of Contextual Behavior Science. Dr. Robertson is also an adjunct professor at Endicott College and Bay Path University, where she teaches and develops graduate-level coursework in applied behavior analysis, with a focus on school-based practice, assessment, relational frame theory (RFT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Dr. Robertson is fortunate to present at local and regional conferences, disseminating research, experiences, and ways to support many areas of educational practices ethically. Dr. Kristin Foley is Senior Director of Online Instruction and Training at the Institute for Applied Behavioral Science at Endicott College. Her interests within behavioral science include higher education, ethics, collaboration, ABA in public schools, precision teaching, OBM, staff training, and shaping future behavior analysts to be humble and compassionate scientist-practitioners. Dr. Foley has published in multiple journals and book chapters, and has presented her work nationally and internationally for over two decades. Kristin is also a mom of two, a wife, and has two doodle mixes named Winston and Beans.
