Diana Parry-Cruwys, PhD, BCBA-D, LABA is an associate professor of applied behavior analysis at Regis College, where she also serves as the fieldwork coordinator for the ABA program. Her areas of specialty include early intensive behavior intervention (EIBI), quality of life for autistic individuals, and neurodiversity affirming care. Prior to Regis College, Diana spent over 15 years at The New England Center for Children (NECC) working with children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities. She advanced through multiple roles at NECC, eventually becoming assistant director of the Home-Based Program, supporting early intervention services, before transitioning into academia. She received her master's degree in applied behavior analysis from Northeastern University and her doctorate in behavior analysis from Western New England University. As a professor at Regis, her focus has shifted to training the next generation of behavior analysts, something she considers vital work given how quickly the field evolves. She has published research in several behavior analytic journals on graduate student training in the areas of fieldwork and formatting, joint attention, recycling, preference assessments, compassionate care in graduate programs, and single case research design, along with earlier research co-authored with colleagues on assessing progress and outcomes of early intensive behavioral intervention for toddlers with autism and behavioral momentum. She is on the editorial board of Behavioral Interventions. She has also led faculty development work at Regis, including a four-part "Lunch and Learn" series on neurodiversity in higher education, presented in collaboration with the Center for Instructional Innovation. Diana is a co-host of the podcast ABA Inside Track. Diana has presented on this topic at multiple conferences and teaches this concept during her classes in the MS in ABA program at Regis College.
